Alex Schlich, Managing Director

Alex has over 20 years experience in fund management, investment banking and strategy consulting.
Alex worked for 12 years at Collins Stewart and Canaccord Genuity where he was Managing Director and Head of Equity sales. In this role he gained extensive experience of corporate transactions, M&A, IPO’s and secondary offerings. He understands how to communicate effectively a company's investment proposition. He has built up an extensive knowledge of the UK fund management community. During his time in investment banking he was regularly recognised as a top ranked salesman covering UK small and mid-cap equities in the annual Extel awards.
His fund management experience spanned 7 years working at Newton Investment Management and Sanlam FOUR where he managed various Balanced and UK equity portfolios.
Alex has a BA in Business Studies from Sheffield University and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Il, USA.
Kate Divito, Consultant

Kate is the newest recruit to the Yellowstone Advisory team. She has experience in financial PR having working at Finsbury Plc and previously worked for ABN Amro in their equity sales team.
Kate has experience managing client relationships, working with journalists across a wide range of media channels and analysing media coverage.
She has an incredible eye for detail, is meticulously prepared and her organisational skills are second to none. She is a great problem solver and is able to think outside of the box to bring new perspectives to any situation.

Kate has an MA in Law from Cambridge University.

Morten Singleton, Consultant

Morten is an experienced IR professional and TMT industry veteran, with extensive tenures in equity research and consulting. Morten brings a wealth of experience of business, strategy, investment and communications to his advisory roles.
​
He previously worked as an IR advisor to City Fibre as well as being interim Head of Investor Relations at Inmarsat and Head of IR at Colt.
Morten is the founder of Pro-IR, offering professional IR services to public companies and pre IPO ventures.
Morten is ACA qualified and has an MA in Geography from Oxford University and an MBA from the University of Manchester.
